Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and Roma4D (the "Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at roma4d.click (the "Website" or "Platform").

By accessing the Website, registering an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or betting activity, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" The online gaming website operated by Roma4D at roma4d.click, including all subpages, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "User" / "Player" Any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Roma4D Platform, whether or not they hold an active account.
• "Account" A registered user profile on the Roma4D Platform, associated with a unique username, email address, and verified identity.
• "Bonus Funds" Credits, promotional balances, free spins, or other promotional incentives issued by Roma4D that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" Deposits made by the Player using MYR or cryptocurrency that are credited to the Player's account and not subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered across eligible games before any derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by Roma4D prior to processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary by the Company.
• "MYR" / "RM" Malaysian Ringgit — the primary transactional currency used on the Roma4D Platform for Malaysian players.
• "Cryptocurrency" Digital currencies accepted on the Platform including but not limited to Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and Ethereum (ETH).

Account Eligibility

Use of the Roma4D Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all criteria set out in this section:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age for participation on Roma4D is 21 years. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any corporate entity, third party, or agent.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal or restricted under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which Roma4D is prohibited from operating or in which participation is unlawful.
• You have not previously had an account terminated or suspended by Roma4D for breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently registered on any self-exclusion list that would render your participation in online gambling activities prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform using funds that are legitimately yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity.

Malaysian players are specifically advised that they bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling participation under Malaysian law. Roma4D does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling in Malaysia or any specific jurisdiction.

Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the Roma4D Platform, you must complete the account registration process. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and fund forfeiture.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Contact phone number
• Country of residence
• Preferred currency (MYR or cryptocurrency)

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Roma4D will never request your password under any circumstances. You must notify Roma4D support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Roma4D accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to maintain account security.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Roma4D is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to comply with applicable international anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is mandatory for all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and may be requested at any time at the sole discretion of the Company.

5.1 Required Documents

KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months displaying your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank account statement).
• Source of Funds: Documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited, if requested by the compliance team.

5.2 Verification Timelines

Roma4D aims to complete KYC verification within 24–72 hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of verification. Delays in submitting requested documents may result in extended processing times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Deposits

Roma4D accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin BTC, Tether USDT, and Ethereum ETH).

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction. Standard minimum deposit is RM 50 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's account in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed receipt.
• Roma4D does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, which are outside Roma4D's control.
• Roma4D reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where concerns regarding fraud, money laundering, or prohibited territory access arise.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds (excluding Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) subject to the conditions set out in this section.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met prior to withdrawal of any funds derived from bonus activity.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Roma4D reserves the right to enforce this requirement at its discretion.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Maximum single withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and vary by payment method and VIP tier.
• Roma4D reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments over successive business days.

7.2 Processing Times

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, FPX) are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during normal operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to network confirmation times and may take longer during periods of high network congestion.

Bonuses & Promotions

Roma4D offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotional offer in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Roma4D reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of X10 before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. Individual promotional terms may specify different multipliers (e.g., X15, X20, X30).
• Maximum bet size while a bonus is active is RM 250 per spin or per bet, unless a different limit is specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets placed above this limit during an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all derived winnings.
• Bonus expiry periods are specified in individual promotion terms. Standard expiry is 7 days from the date of bonus credit unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Game contribution rates apply to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may have reduced or zero contribution. Specific rates are published in the relevant promotional terms.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts, referring oneself, or exploiting promotional mechanics in any way constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

8.2 Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus Funds

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from bonus funds is capped at five times (5x) the bonus value. Amounts above this cap will be removed from the account balance before withdrawal is processed.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the Roma4D Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game environment. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating. In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the Platform's system records shall be the definitive reference.

All Roma4D games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are subject to independent third-party testing and verification to ensure genuine randomness. Roma4D does not have the ability to influence individual game outcomes. Live dealer game results are determined by physical game play conducted by human dealers in licensed studio environments.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, software fault, or any circumstance that renders a game result invalid, Roma4D reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the corresponding stakes. Roma4D accepts no liability for losses or lost winnings arising from technical malfunctions beyond Roma4D's reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Roma4D Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting) under any name, email address, or identity, whether directly or through third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any scripted mechanism to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools.
• Attempting to exploit any software bug, glitch, or technical error on the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other activity intended to conceal the source or nature of funds.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information or KYC documentation.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or any other tool for the purpose of disguising your true geographical location or circumventing territorial restrictions.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any fraudulent financial dispute against Roma4D through a payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Roma4D staff or other players through any communication channel.

Account Suspension & Closure

Roma4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time frame following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or identity theft.
• Direction by a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or payment processor.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• At the Player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gambling programme.

Where an account is closed due to Player breach, Roma4D reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balances held in the account, including Real Money Funds, where such closure is directly related to fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or provision of false information. In all other closure scenarios, Roma4D will endeavour to return verified Real Money Funds to the Player via the last verified payment method used.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Roma4D Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface design, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Roma4D or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit copying, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Roma4D.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roma4D's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction processed thereunder shall be limited to the amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

Roma4D shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if Roma4D has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Roma4D does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service disruption. Roma4D accepts no liability for losses attributable to service unavailability caused by factors outside its reasonable control.

Privacy & Data

Roma4D collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Roma4D processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, responsible gaming programme administration, and service improvement. Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Responsible Gambling

Roma4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform maintains a comprehensive responsible gaming programme that includes the following player-controlled tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notifying players of time spent in an active session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of Roma4D's international licensing authority. Roma4D does not claim to be regulated by any Malaysian domestic authority, and no representation is made that these Terms comply with Malaysian domestic gaming or financial regulation.

In the event of any dispute between the Player and Roma4D, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through Roma4D's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting the support team via live chat or email. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal escalation, it shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under Roma4D's international licensing jurisdiction.

Game result disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised outside this window cannot be processed. In all disputes regarding game outcomes, Roma4D's server records shall be considered the authoritative and definitive record.

Amendments to These Terms

Roma4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where amendments are material, Roma4D will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or on-platform notification. However, the absence of such notification does not invalidate the revised Terms.
